February is almost upon us and the kids are back at school - some a little earlier than others - but the end is in sight and now it is time for a little "me" time.
Classes and workshops - the calendar is up for February and it is chock a block full - check it out here.
Our Wednesday nights have proven so popular that we have had to expand to Thursday nights as well, and this has suited some of the Wednesday night ladies a little better and as a result we now have one or two vacancies on the Wednesday - but be warned it is a very full class and the laughter and fun can get a little much at times.
If things keep going the way they are, we will also be runnin these workshops on a Tuesday morning, so if this suits you better, or you just can't get out at night give me a holler.
So if this interests you at all have a look on the blog
EK Success - SDU
This is a beginners scrapbooking class is written by one of the largest manufacturers and educators in the business. We are running it on a Tuesday evening over the next four weeks starting on 2 February and going through to the end of February - so if you have always wanted to give scrapbooking a try now is the time to jump into the pool of creativity.
We have to notify EK Success of the participants of the course, and once completed they forward your Certificates back to us, and then it is time for that all important photo opportunity at your very own graduation ceremony. There will of course be cake as well.
New stock
Keep your eye on the blog - there is so much new product coming out at the moment that it is hard to keep up - but I will do my best.
Kaisercraft had a bit of challenge last with their first order back this year, but if you have been patiently waiting for either of the Shaken Not Stirred or the Made with Love range I am happy to say they are now in stock. As soon as Frances returns from holidays she will be working her magic with at least one of these two ranges - but you will have to wait and see which one it is.
The February ranges of Devonshire and La Di Da have been ordered and should be here early next week.
We are also getting some awesome mini stamps with this order from Kaiser.
Tim Holtz has been at it again with another 12 colours in the Distress Inks and he has also been speaking with the people at Sizzix and has designed some fantastic new dies - so if Tim's look is your favourite things will be looking up for you shortly. He has also released a whole new range of stamps, just to make things interesting.
Daisy Bucket is a new range which has just come into the store - it is a very bright and funky range - and it you are a purple lover then this range is certainly for you. And the paper has the most fantastic texture to it. I so hope they will release something new at CHA.
I could go on for hours, but I am sure you would all rather I was putting the stock on the shelves than writing about it so I am off for now -
Cheers till next time
